As remote learning is needed, new approaches to teaching are needed as well. The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences conducts lab courses which involve hands-on learning. One example is applying blood pressure readers to one another to gauge one’s systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Accurately reading and understanding these numbers is vital to their efficacy. With classrooms inaccessible, a series of these animations with blackboard software aid in student’s practicing this process.
